Minutes are shared across your family. All unused minutes expire December 24, 2026 (Central Time).

How it works: After confirmed purchase, you receive an email with your web app link and downloadable setup guide. Sign in to or create your Forever on Record account using your checkout email. Follow the guide to set your parent PIN, add your children, and save the web app to your phone’s home screen.

Access Santa’s Hotline with your Forever on Record account. Calling is available only during your selected dates. An adult should manage the account and setup.
