How It Works
1. We Ship Your Phone Early
Your audio guestbook ships 10 days before your event and will arrive no later than 24 hours before your event date, giving you plenty of time to prepare.
2. Simple Setup
Each phone arrives fully charged (with a 24-hour standby battery life - 8 hours of consistent use) and includes a charging cable. Inside, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to power on the phone and, if you’d like, record your own custom greeting.
If you choose not to record one, your phone will come with a default greeting tailored to your event type.
3. Display with Included Signage
Each package includes simple event signage to help guests know what to do. Downloadable versions are available on our website if you’d like to print extras.
4. Capture Every Message In Person
Guests simply pick up the phone, listen to your greeting, and leave their heartfelt message and hang up. It’s fun, simple, and requires no Wi-Fi or app.
5. Your Virtual Guestbook Line
You’ll also receive a virtual guestbook phone number that activates on your event date. It stays open for 72 hours, allowing friends and family who couldn’t attend or didn't get a chance (virtual number cards with your virtual number will come with your phone to display next to it during your event) to call in and leave their own messages.
6. Easy Return
After your event, use the prepaid return label included in your package to send the phone back within 2 business days of your event date.
7. Your Memories, Forever on Record
All messages — from both your phone and virtual line — are archived and preserved securely with us and emailed to you within 10 business days of its return, where you can listen, download, and relive those voices anytime.

Each recording is carefully reviewed and handled with care, because these aren’t just messages — they’re stories, laughter, advice, and love.
3. Your messages are archived, not just delivered.
After processing, every message is securely archived with multiple in-house backups, protecting them long after your event has passed.
4. If you ever lose your copy, you’re not out of luck.

Tips & Tricks for the Best Audio Guestbook Experience

Location is key – Place your phone where guests have to walk by (like near the bar, dessert table, or exit). The more traffic, the more memories you’ll capture!

Start with something meaningful – If it’s a wedding, have the bride and groom leave a message for each other before the event starts. It makes listening back later so much more special.

Use signage – Each rental includes a sign that fits perfectly in a 4x6 frame. Display it beside the phone so guests instantly know what to do.
